Mixed Techniques – Primary

The primary mixed printing techniques course offers the perfect opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of multiple printing processes. Enabling participants to explore and master a diverse range of methods. This course equips learners with the skills to create intricate and unique designs, as well as encouraging creativity and innovation in printmaking.

In this course, you will learn.

• Color theory in printmaking.
• Color scheme chart.
• 2 color woodcut printing.
• 2 color gradient printing.
• Paper cutting and registration.
• Introduction to linocut printing.
• Lino cut printing process.
• Linocut printing on paper and fabric.
• Material and ink making.
• 2 tones dry point printing.
• Dry point printing process.
• Print labelling.

After completing this course, you will gain an understanding of multiple printmaking techniques and processes, as well as an introduction to the applications used and their differences.

Additionally, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
