Please read the following terms and conditions very carefully. These terms account for all the interactions with Studio3 Academy regarding General Terms, Eligibility, Admissions, Session Delivery, Fees Structure & Payments, and everything in between.
General Terms
- Studio3 Academy will have the option to choose whether they want to take the classes onsite (at office) and online (via Google Meet).
- The course language is English & Urdu mix.
Eligibility
- All students must have at least one email account.
- Students must have a basic understanding of how email communication works.
- To be eligible for the enrolment, the student should have at least a conversational level of command over English and Urdu language.
- Each student is required to arrange/bring their laptop with chargers before the course begins.
- For admissions in such Courses that require a computer, all students are expected to have little knowledge of how to operate Microsoft Windows on a computer.
Admissions
- The admission process requires students to provide true and accurate information to be eligible for the enrolments.
- Providing inaccurate, misleading, or false information can lead to the cancelation of enrollment.
Schedule of Classes
- Duration for each course varies greatly depending upon the items or topics included in the plan.
- Students will be informed at the beginning f the course that how much time is required to fully complete the selected course.
- Class frequency is directly associated with the availability of instructors and the student.
- Class frequency will be decided at the beginning of the session considering all the factors.
- Individual class duration can vary from course to course. It is usually one (01) hour daily.
- Class duration will be defined at the beginning of the session.
Fees and Payments
- The course fee will be paid in advance.
- The course fee is nonrefundable.
- Fees have to be paid via cash or online bank transfer.
- In the case of Online Bank Transfer, Deposit receipt/Online transfer receipt/Screenshot and Full name with Sender’s account title is required.
Certification
- Students must attempt the assessment test at the end of every course.
- Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be awarded a certificate of completion.
- A physical or in some cases an e-certificate will be awarded upon successfully passing the assessment test at the end of every course.
Studio3 Academy reserves the right to update/make changes/modify these terms at any time without prior notice or warnings.
